Why am I seeing “Invalid email or password” when logging in, even after signing up through an invite?

After accepting an invitation and signing up, make sure that the email and password entered on the login page exactly match the ones used during signup.

✅ Double-check the following:

  • The email is typed the same way (e.g., all lowercase, no extra spaces).

  • The password is correct and typed accurately.

Even small differences (like capital letters in the email) can cause this error.

Why are delivery fees showing on the Online Store but not during POS checkout?

The Online Store and the POS have separate delivery fee settings.

If you’ve set delivery fees for the Online Store but not for the POS, they will only show during Online Store checkout. To have delivery fees appear during POS checkout, make sure to configure delivery settings in the POS settings as well.
