🏷️ Discount Page
The Discount Page helps you manage all promotions and offers on your store. You can create discounts to attract new customers, reward loyal ones, or boost sales during special periods.
This page contains two tabs:
Overview
Discount
📌 Discount Tab
This is the main tab where you can view and manage all your active and expired discounts.
What You’ll See
A list of all existing discounts
Their details (name, type, status, etc.)
A button to Add Discount
➕ Adding a New Discount
Click the Add Discount button to open a pop-up with several discount types to choose from:
🛒 Discount Types:
Amount off items
Apply a fixed amount or percentage off selected item(s)
Amount off orders
Apply a discount to the entire order
Buy one, get one
Offer a free/discounted item when buying a specific item
Combo deals
Offer a discount when multiple items are bought together (combo)
Free delivery
Waive delivery fees when order meets a set minimum amount
🧾 Discount Settings
Based on the selected discount type, you'll fill in various details such as:
Discount Code – Custom code customers can apply
Usage Limit – Limit number of times the discount can be used
Customer Type – Target All, New, or Returning customers
Branch – Choose the location where the discount applies
Sales Channel – POS, Sub-website, or both
Start/End Date and Time – Schedule when the discount becomes active
✨ Each discount type may require different information. Only relevant fields will appear based on your selection.
📊 Overview Tab
The Overview tab gives a quick glance at how discounts are performing across your store.
You’ll see:
Sales overview (for a selected date range)
Recently added discounts
Sales by channel (e.g., Online Store vs. POS)
Top-performing discount campaigns
Use this to evaluate the success of promotions and adjust your strategy as needed.
