🧾 Orders Page

The Orders Page displays all customer orders placed through your store, including those from your public-facing Online Store, your POS system and integrated platforms such as Chowdeck or Glovo.

🛍️ The online store is what your customers interact with, while the Daash dashboard is where you manage your store setup, products, inventory, and view orders.

📥 Where Orders Come From

Orders are automatically generated from three main sources:

  • Online Store – Orders placed by customers on your public storefront.

  • POS (Point of Sale) – Orders placed directly by staff or cashiers using the POS system.

  • Integrated Platforms – Orders synced from external delivery or sales platforms (e.g., Chowdeck, Glovo).

✅ You do not need to manually create orders. All new orders from these sources will appear automatically.

⚠️ Note: Orders from integrated platforms are only visible on the All Orders tab of the Orders page. They will not appear under other filters or tabs.

📑 Order Tabs & Statuses

Orders are grouped by status to help you manage and track them efficiently.

⚠️ Note: Orders from integrated platforms are only visible on the All Orders tab of the Orders page. They will not appear under other tabs.

Order Tabs:

  • All Orders – View every order received.

  • Scheduled – Orders placed in advance to be fulfilled at a later time.

  • New Requests – Orders that have just been placed and are awaiting confirmation or preparation.

  • Accepted - Orders that have been accepted

🧩 Bulk Actions

Bulk actions allow you to perform tasks on multiple items at once, helping you save time and manage your operations more efficiently.

When you select two or more orders, the action bar appears at the bottom of the screen and displays:

  • The number of orders selected

  • The following bulk action:

    • Export – Download the selected orders as a file for external use or backup.
