Add and manage store locations

🏬 Branches Page

A branch refers to a physical store location. Businesses can operate with a single branch or manage multiple branches. Many platform features, like discounts or product modifications, can be applied to:

  • A specific branch

  • All branches

  • Selected branches


🔧 How to Access

To manage your branches:

  1. Go to the Settings Page

  2. Under Business Settings, click on Branches

📋 View & Create Branches

On this page, you’ll find:

  • A list of all existing branches

  • A Create Branch button

    • Clicking it opens a pop-up where you can:

      • Enter the branch name

      • Enter the branch address


Branch Options - ⋮ - Three Dots Menu

Clicking the three dots next to any branch opens a dropdown with several actions:

  • View Details: See more information about the branch including:

    • Branch Details: Name and address of the branch

    • Members: View or invite staff members assigned to that branch (see Members Page)

    • More Actions:

      • Edit Branch: Make changes to the branch’s name or address

      • Copy Branch: Opens a popup where you can:

        • Select what to copy (Inventory, Menus, or both)

        • Choose the destination branch

        • Decide whether to override existing data in the selected branch

      • Deactivate Branch: Temporarily disables the branch from operations

  • Edit Branch

    • Modify the name or address of the branch

  • Set as Private

    • Make the branch invisible to the public while allowing internal modifications.

  • Make Headquarters

    • Designate this branch as the company headquarters

  • Deactivate Branch

    • Temporarily disable this branch from operations

💡Tip: The Set as Private option is useful when setting up a new branch or making major updates to an existing branch. Remember to turn the branch back to public once setup or updates are completed so customers can access it.


💡 Notes

  • You can assign different discounts, products, or staff to different branches.

  • Making a branch the headquarters may change how some settings apply platform-wide.
