🚚 Delivery Section

In this section, you can configure how customers will receive their orders.

Order Types

You can enable one or more of the following order types for your business:

  • Pickup

  • Delivery

  • Eat In (for restaurants and food businesses)

Set up delivery options

🧾 Eat In & QR Code If you enable Eat In, a ‘Generate QR Code’ button (circled in red in the image above) will appear next to the option. Clicking this button opens a pop-up window where you can generate and download a QR code for the specific branch. This QR code allows in-house customers to scan and instantly access the menu of the branch they're currently in. There is no need to type in the web address.

Delivery Radius

If you’ve enabled the Delivery option, you’ll need to set:

  • Maximum Delivery Distance – The furthest distance (in kilometers) your business is willing to deliver to. This means that orders will not be accepted from distances farther than the set distance

Delivery Charges

You can choose how delivery fees are calculated by selecting one of the following options:

  • Fixed Amount A single flat-rate delivery fee irrespective of distance. Selecting this will display an input field to enter the fixed amount.

  • Per Km The fee depends on distance. You will see three input fields:

    • Fee per Km – Cost per kilometer

    • Base Fee – The starting delivery charge

    • Maximum Fee – The highest amount the customer will be charged, regardless of distance

  • Per Area Set delivery fees for specific geographic areas. You’ll be able to click ‘Add Area’ to create a list of locations and their corresponding delivery costs.

💳 Checkout Settings
  • Set any additional charges (e.g., tax, service fees) to be applied at checkout

🕒Store Hours & Scheduling📅

Opening and Closing Hours

Here you can select the days your store is open and define the opening and closing hours for each day. These settings determine when your online store is available for customers to browse and place orders.

You also have the option to set your store to 24 hours, making it available all day without any closing time.

Scheduling Hours

You can now set scheduling hours separately from your main operating hours. This feature allows you to control when customers are able to schedule an order on the website, independent of branch opening times.

Example: If your store opens at 7:00 AM, you can configure scheduling to begin at 9:00 AM, so customers can only start placing scheduled orders from that time onward.

Tip: Make sure your scheduling hours reflect realistic preparation and delivery times to avoid confusion for customers and unnecessary delays.
