Invite staff to manage your store

👥 Members Page

A member is a staff user with access to specific features of your store depending on their assigned role and branch. Roles define what a member can or cannot do within the platform.


🔑 Accessing the Members Page

To manage members:

  1. Go to the Settings Page

  2. Under Business Settings, click on Members

📄 Viewing Existing Members

If you already have members, they will appear in a list with details such as their:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Assigned Role

  • Status

  • Number of branches they belong to

  • Date Created

For each member, clicking on the three dots beside their name opens the following options:

  • Edit Member – Update role, contact details and change branch or add more branches

  • Deactivate Member – Temporarily remove access without deleting their profile

  • View Activity Log – See actions the member has performed on the platform

  • Remove Member – Permanently delete a member from the system


Invite a New Member

Click the Invite Member button to open a pop-up form.

You’ll be required to:

  • Enter the email address of the new member

  • Assign a role

  • Select one or more branches they are assigned to

Once you click Send Invite:

  • An email will be sent to the member

  • They can create an account and will automatically receive access based on their assigned role

⚠️ Important: The invitation link is time-sensitive and will expire after 48 hours. Make sure the invitee accepts the invitation promptly to avoid having to resend it.


💡 Notes

  • Roles and permissions can be customized under the Roles & Permissions section.

  • A member can only access features based on their role and the branch they’re assigned to.
