💼 Wallet Page

The Wallet Page is your central hub for managing all the funds received from customer payments made through your online store and POS channel.

It shows your store's real-time earnings, allows you to track payment activity, and provides options to move your money.

💳 What Is the Wallet?

The Wallet holds the funds collected from:

  • Customer purchases made on your online store

  • Sales completed through your POS (Point of Sale) system

From here, you can:

  • Monitor your store’s balance

  • Withdraw funds to a linked bank account

  • Use your wallet balance to pay for your Daash subscription


📊 Balance Summary

At the top of the page, you’ll find your store’s financial summary:

  • Available Balance – Funds that are ready to be withdrawn or used.

  • Current Balance – Total money in your wallet, including pending or processing payments.

⚠️ Note: Some transactions may take time to move from “current” to “available” depending on your payment provider’s processing time.


📜 Transaction List

The wallet displays a list of all incoming payments, including:

  • Payment source (online store or POS)

  • Amount received

  • Date of transaction

  • Transaction reference or ID (if applicable)

You can also:

  • Export this list for record-keeping or accounting purposes


🏦 Withdraw Funds

To move money from your wallet to your bank account:

  1. Click the Withdraw button

  2. Select a previously added bank account

  3. Confirm the transaction

🏁 Make sure a valid bank account has been added in your Settings > Settlement section before attempting a withdrawal.


🧾 Subscription Payments

Your wallet balance can also be used to pay for your Daash subscription.

Payment Options:

  • Wallet (if you have sufficient balance)

  • Bank Account (automatically charged from a stored account)

You can choose your preferred payment method during subscription setup.
