👥 Customers Page

The Customers Page helps you keep track of all the people who have signed up on your online store, which is your public-facing online store.

Just like the Orders Page, this section is automatically populated as customers interact with your store.

📌 Where Customers Come From

Customer data is auto-generated when a user creates an account on your Online Store or an account is created for them through the POS.

You do not need to manually add customers on the Daash dashboard.

🧑‍💻 Customers register through your online store. Their information is synced to your dashboard for easy access and management.

📋 What You Can View

For each customer, you can view the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

  • Signup Date (i.e. when they created their account)

  • Order history (i.e. total amount spent, total orders made)

  • Deactivate (deletes the customer)

This information helps you track and better understand your customer base.

📊 Customer Summary

At the top of the page, you'll find a summary section that shows:

  • Total Customers – The number of all registered users.

  • Active Customers – Customers who have interacted with your store recently.

  • Inactive Customers – Customers who haven't engaged in a while.

This overview gives you a quick snapshot of your user base’s health and engagement.
